Refund policy

The Consumer Client (or non-professional in some cases) may withdraw from these General Terms and Conditions without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the Service or Product. The fourteen-day period is counted in calendar days from the day of access rights opening to the Service or the Product delivery. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the last hour of the first following business day.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the eligible Client must notify Chaination S.A.S, 35 rue Béranger 59280 Armentières by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email at contact@make-it-shine.com indicated at the top of the General Terms and Conditions of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement. You can use the withdrawal form template below, and specify "WITHDRAWAL RIGHT" as the subject of the email or letter, but it is not mandatory.

In case of the Client's withdrawal from the Services, access rights are terminated, and the Products ordered and received by the Client under the Service must be returned in a condition identical to their reception by the Client. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if a Product has been damaged or shows obvious signs of wear.

Amounts paid are refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days from the receipt of the notification sent by the Consumer Client of their intention to withdraw. Chaination will refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless the Client expressly agrees to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for the Client.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. The return procedures for the Products are specified in the "Return Policy" article, to which the Client should refer.
